Introducing the FM Series Heavy Duty Flow Switches

Suitable for the most arduous heavy-duty applications in industry and mining, the new FM series paddle
flow switches are built tough.  The entire switch body is CNC machined from solid aircraft grade
aluminium and 316 stainless steel.  The switch itself is superbly sensitive and it only requires
4 grams of force against its paddle to actuate its magnetically coupled switch.Two switches are
available in the FM range, a general purpose 5 to 500VAC SPDT or a 0 to 30VDC SPDT switch with gold
contacts for low wetting current applications.

Introducing the LM Series Heavy Duty Level Switches

A solid range of industrial and mining grade level switches suitable for tank level control in fully exposed
locations. The entire switch body of the LM level switch is CNC machined from solid aircraft grade aluminium
and 316 stainless steel. The switch itself is magnetically coupled to its float arm meaning there are no seals or
diaphragms to leak or fail within the switch.   Two switches are available in the LM range, a general purpose
5 to 500VAC SPDT or a 0 to 30VDC SPDT switch with gold contacts for low wetting current applications.

Introducing the TWM Series Trailing Wire Flow Switches.

Originally designed for mine dewatering applications the TWM series heavy duty trailing wire flow switches are
widely used in diverse applications ranging from gas fracking to dairy effluent pumping.   The TWM series switches
are built tough.  The entire switch body is CNC machined from solid aircraft grade aluminium and 316 stainless
steel.  The switch itself is superbly sensitive and it only requires 4 grams of force against its wire sensor to actuate
its magnetically coupled switch.  Two switches are available in the TWM range, a general purpose 5 to 500VAC
SPDT or a 0 to 30VDC SPDT switch with gold contacts for low wetting current applications.  The TWM trailing
wire switches are available to suit pipe sizes from 50mm (2”) upwards and can be supplied with a range of flexible
stainless wire sensors to suit specific applications.

Introducing the New D40 Single Point Level Regulator.

The new Kelco D40 Single Point level Regulator is designed for precision level control in any application requiring
single point level monitoring.   For example, for high- or low-level alarms in risers and tanks.  Constructed from
CNC machined aircraft grade aluminium and featuring a seal-less magnetic coupling between its high compliance
switch and its actuating arm, the D40 is built solid for years of reliable service. The D40 overcomes the weaknesses
in traditional level switches by offering a sealed magnetically coupled switch and a float-less displacer rather than
a conventional ball float.  The D40 is available in two forms.  The standard switch, capable of directly controlling
pump motors up to 1.5kW 2HP or a low voltage version that has gold contacts for signalling and low wetting current
applications.

Introducing the New D50 Level Switch.

The new Kelco D50 level switch is a seriously robust piece of precision engineering.  Equally at home in heavy
industrial and mining application, the D50 can also be used for domestic and commercial tank level control.
The D50 overcomes all the weaknesses in traditional level switches and offers a sealed magnetically coupled
switch that can control the starting and stopping of a pump in tanks pits or wells.  The D50 is available in two
forms.  The standard switch, capable of directly controlling pump motors up to 1.5kW 2HP or a low voltage
version that has gold contacts for signalling and low wetting current applications.

Introducing the E30 Mk2 Pressure Switch.

the new E30 Mk2 can now operate two pumps simultaneously and function as a fully featured pressure based dual

Introducing the IPG20 Mk2 Intelligent Pump Guard.

The IPG20 Mk2 Intelligent Pump Guard is a specialist electronic pressure and flow-based pump controller
specifically designed to protect helical rotor and centrifugal pumps from running dry when used in dairy effluent
